Then the COVID shutdown "temporarily" closed all the mom and pop shops.
Then a bunch of those stores were looted.
Seriously, not even the writers of Days of Our Lives could have come up with this dramatic of a plotline.
While some are talking about a second-wave shutdown in the fall, we're uniting to support small local businesses today AND to stand up to keep them open in the fall.

Small businesses are the backbone of our local economy, and they’re the lungs for regular-sized paychecks. It may sound like we’re exaggerating, but, the numbers don’t lie:
