Who would have thought Ohio was a top Christmastime destination? 🤔🎅🏼 We would, that's who.

The Buckeye state is the gift that keeps on giving when it comes to Christmas towns. 🎁 If you're looking to plan a fun holiday trip with the family, check out this festive lineup.

Here’s five of the best Christmas towns in Ohio:

  1. 🌬️ Mason - Kings Island in Mason is known to many as a summertime hot spot. However, WinterFest transforms the famous park into a winter wonderland with over seven million lights! There's 12 different winter themed places inside with live entertainment, food, and a parade each night. If you're into ice skating, take a few laps around the frozen-over Royal Fountain.
  1. 🎄 Steubenville - The Nutcracker is a Christmastime staple. If you want to see the world's largest collection of life-size nutcrackers, take the family over to Steubenville. With over 200 nutcrackers on display, including ones that look like celebrities, it's a must-see. Make sure to get a picture with the nutcracker version of Dean Martin and Sherlock Holmes!
  1. ☕ Roscoe Village - Take a step back in time and visit Roscoe Village in the Erie Canal town of Coshocton. Shop, eat, and drink as you take in all of the amazing holiday decorations. The village is restored to look like it's still the 1830s. Participate in a free Christmas Candle Lighting Ceremony on December 2nd and 9th.
  1. 🤠 Morrow - Morrow is home to the famous Christmas Ranch, which has been featured on HGTV and Good Morning America. You'll see over a million lights synchronized to holiday music and there are a ton of holiday displays to check out. Pick up some sweet treats at Santa's Bakery and Cafe and hop on a train ride to see all the sights. The Christmas Ranch is open through December 23rd.
  1. 🤶🏻 Medina - The Castle Noel Christmas Museum in Medina is America's largest year-round Christmas attraction. Movie buffs will love this destination, as it's filled with movie props from our generation's most famous holiday movies. You'll see Buddy the Elf's costume, props from the Grinch movie, and even Cousin Eddie's RV from Christmas Vacation!

🔥Bottom line: Whether you're a huge fan of Christmas movies or want to soak up some nostalgic holiday decor with a cup of hot cocoa, there's an Ohio Christmas town for everyone. Tag us in any photos you take inside Cousin Eddie's sweet ride!
