Looks like someone finally figured out what we’ve known for a long time! A new survey ranks Milwaukee the third best city to visit in the United States! That makes it an ideal destination for both business and travel.
Here’s Five Fast Facts About Milwaukee:
- 🛬 Jet Set - The survey, by Conde Nast Traveler, ranks Milwaukee behind San Diego and Chicago. Get this: it beat out New York City and Boston! Now that’s impressive.
- 🍽️ Eat Em Up - The article cites the lakeside location, diverse restaurants, and the unique shopping in the Third Ward & Lincoln Village.
- 🏨 Bellboy! - Milwaukee hotels also made appearances on the list, with the Pfister ranking second, along with the Saint Kate at 4 and Delafield at 14. Two resorts were included as well, the American Club in Kohler at 10 and the Sundara Inn and Spa at 12.
- 🧳 Lots of People - The magazine surveyed more than 500,000 people for the list, proving that it wasn’t just a small chunk of randos picking us off a map.
- 🛫 Boom! - The numbers back up the list, too. VISIT Milwaukee reports that the Milwaukee four-county metro area set an all-time record for economic impact in 2022 with $6.018B.
🔥Bottom line: This is great news for a lot of reasons, but the best part is that it could possibly lead to even more jobs coming in and prosperity for everyone. It’s certainly a win-win.
