- 🧑✈️ Take To The Skies - There are a couple of great jobs in the flight industry here. With enough cockpit hours you can become a cargo pilot, or if you prefer the ground you could be an aircraft mechanic. Both make in the upper $60,000s, but can be gateways to more lucrative positions later in your career.
- 🚙 Baby You Can Drive - Everything about vehicles gives you lots of options. Sales, delivery drivers, and repair techs all make in the mid-60s, or you could drive a truck for around $75k. Just make sure you load up your podcasts for long hours on the road.
- 🏠 Around Home - If staying around the home is more your speed, think about landscape design, HVAC work, or home inspection, all of which pull in $60-65k. For a bit higher target, electricians bring in about $76k and real estate brokers top the list at just over $80k.
- 🏃 At Your Service - Service professionals offer a huge variety with some really good Paychecks! Yoga instructors, security specialists, travel agents, and makeup artists can make around $70k per year. Detectives earn close to $80k (though you probably see some ugly stuff, so be aware).
- 💲 For Sale - If sales is your style, then roll with it! Sales reps can have a huge variety of salary ranges, and often come in over $60k. Owning your own store is in the same ballpark, but you control your own workdays. Both of these, though, have virtually unlimited ceilings if you’re good and find yourself in the right field at the right time.
