High Speed Ahead! PA Maps Out High Speed Internet Access

Grab your maps, kids...we're hunting for treasure! 🗺️ Just kidding, we're out here hunting turtley-turtle internet speeds. 🐢🖥️ #wompwomp

PA's got some work to do when it comes to mapping out dinky internet speeds, and they better hop to it! 🐇 The federal government needs updated maps ASAP to tell them how much funding PA will get to boost the internet across the state. 

Here’s Five Fast Facts about PA's broadband mapping:

1. 🦥 It's Giving Sloth - According to recent data, 4% of Pennsylvanians don't have access to speedy internet. In rural areas, that number rises to 13%.
2. 😵‍💫 Double Trouble - These percentages put the number of Pennsylvanians without broadband at more than twice the average.
3. ⏰ You Better WORK - If PA doesn’t revise their maps soon, the state could lose out on millions of dollars in federal funding.
4. 🗺️ Mappers Gonna Map - Some local governments have taken mapping on themselves. For example, Beaver County has been at it since before the pandemic and has decent data on their own slow internet spots. 
5. 📢 I'll Take the Physical Challenge - If residents disagree with the map revisions, local governments will be able to challenge the data.

🔥Bottom line: High speed internet should be something everyone has access to. These days, it's pretty much a basic need, and it looks like a lot of PA residents are in the internet stone age. Let's hope these maps get done faster than it took you to download an eBook on dial-up.
