Where did June go?? Summer moves fast, doesn’t it? Well, the good news is there’s still time for an awesome summer getaway, and you don’t have to break the bank to do it! Here’s a list of budget-friendly vacations that has something for everyone:

- ❄️ Chill With Glaciers - Glacier National Park in Montana is a can’t miss destination! The only thing cheaper than the low-cost hiking, camping, and swimming options are the breathtaking views…which are FREE!
- ⛏️ That’s A Big Ditch - Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona is completely different but no less breathtaking. This one is popular so there may be more people, but it’s worth it. Camping or nearby hotels are very reasonably priced, and you can save even more by bringing your own food.
- ⛰️ Elevate Yourself - Colorado Springs is a terrific summer vacation spot! Pikes Peak and other mountains provide the scenery, and the city itself provides loads of free activities for people of all ages. Don’t forget to pick up some souvenirs in Old Colorado City. Accommodations are priced well, even though it’s tourist season.
- 🌊 By The Harbor - Bar Harbor, Maine is as picturesque as it gets. Situated between Acadia National Park and Frenchman Bay, the views are spectacular, and you can find just about any outdoor activity you want. Summer brings lots of free activities to the town, including outdoor movies and an art show.
- 🧓 It’s Historic - Williamsburg, Virginia is the place to go if you love American history, and both Colonial Williamsburg and Yorktown Battlefield are a fascinating walk through time. If you want to hit the local water park or Busch Gardens, you can get a summer combo pass that saves you some bucks.
🔥Bottom line: Whatever your interests, summer is a great time to get away for a while. It’s a beautiful world, so get out there and enjoy it! You don’t even have to mortgage the house to do it.
