It’s one of the seven modern wonders of the world, and features in numerous movies and TV shows, like Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Temperatures are very pleasant in the fall as you hike through stone works that have been around for thousands of years. Just don’t take the cup past the seal…
- 🍷 Burgundy - Wine lovers and romantics, this one's for you! This region in France is famous for its high quality wines, medieval villages, and rolling countryside. There are chateaus and abbeys galore to visit, and Morvan Regional Natural Park if you want to just drink in the scenery. Oh, and did we mention the wine…?
- 🇯🇵 Kyoto - This former capital of Japan (794 - 1868 AD) is still a hub for Japanese culture, art, and education. Whether you want to see cherry blossoms or visit an elegant tea house, the quiet grandeur of this location will awe you as you get a glimpse of old Imperial Japan. But today’s Japan is around every corner, with major corporate headquarters and modern technology mixing in with pagodas in a seamless blend of ancient and contemporary.
