Local employers want to see Kids back to school in fall. WI, Janesville

Janesville, WI Chamber of Commerce has said they want full-day in-class schools to resume in the Fall.

Other businesses, parents, and workers agree.

But here’s the question everyone is asking not only in Janesville but across the state; how do people return to work when COVID-19 continues to present no perfect plans for classroom-based schooling?

Both the Janesville and Milton school districts have already committed to full reopening of schools, although both have offered options including virtual learning and other hybrid setups that involve some classroom learning and some at-home learning. In response, dozens of local day cares are suddenly in demand in new and different ways as parents seek to supplement virtual learning with trusted local daycare providers.

Let’s see how it pans out.
